Synopsis:

In today’s marketplace, you are no longer competing with direct or even indirect competitors. Today you are competing with any company that delivered your customer’s last best experience. Everyone has a last best experience – the golden experience that sets the standard for all other experiences and interactions with a brand. We wanted to bring those stories to life.


My Role:

I pitched this idea to our creative team and, alongside another content strategist, drove the production, execution, promotion, and supplemental content strategies that followed. I interviewed many of the guests to ensure the right story was found and guided production of the videos. The result is a series of videos and blogs about stories of last best experiences. We also developed a campaign encouraging individuals to share their own story with us in a reddit style forum.
